• Perform tasks within infrastructure and enterprise configuration management solutions.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and design for our cloud and on-premises environment.
• Perform operating system administration for local and remote systems including installation, software patch, system security, data backup, disc array management, and problem analysis activates.
• Support in upgrading and migrating systems and software as needed to ensure a secure, reliable, and stable operation of end-user computing environment.
• Responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware, and networking issues.
• Assist with regards to corporate laptop/desktop image which include preparing, testing, and deploying operating systems / software.
• Ensure IT operation processes and environment compliance to company policy requirements.
• Collaborate with various IT teams to define and develop documentation policies, procedures, and processes such as operational run books and system monitoring.

• Diploma or above in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of IT system administration experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered in the capacity of Administrator.
• Good knowledge in server administration and network troubleshooting
• Proficient technical knowledge in the following systems/applications:
  • MS Cloud 365 Exchange / SharePoint / Teams / Intune / MDE / Azure management
  • MS on premise DC / GPO / SCCM / NPS Radius / Hyper-V management
  • Servers and network health status monitoring (SolarWinds / Dell open manage monitoring)
• Able to manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritize.
• Detail-minded and able to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player.
• Quick problem-solver to emergency.
• Good command of both English and Chinese
