Actively participate in the preparation of strategic documentation related to potential investments, including the preparation of detailed reports, briefing memoranda, presentations and supporting materials for decision makers.
Independently carry out the process of data extraction from open-source sources and external databases, with the goal of continuously expanding our internal analytic dashboard (AIDA).
Implementation of automated solutions for continuous updating of such data will be considered an added value.
Manage and optimize the AIDA database, improving the structure and quality of the data. Periodically implement our database with data from other departments, centralizing information into a single data set.
Create interactive and intuitive dashboards on platforms such as Power BI to facilitate data analysis and visualization by the team and stakeholders, doing decision-making more immediate and informed.
Develop algorithms to improve and speed up investment evaluation (valuation) and deal generation (deal origination) processes, optimizing performance through data-driven methodologies.
Actively collaborate with a dedicated team of experts to integrate software for data management and automated reporting.
Support the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in enterprise platforms for data analysis to identify market trends and trends in investor behaviour, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
Experience in real estate valuation methodologies.
Advanced expertise in Power Query and Power BI for creating custom dashboards and dynamic data visualization.
Advanced knowledge in Excel.
Basic knowledge of Python, with skills in using scripts to automate processes and develop custom algorithms.
Experience in integrating and using APIs for automating data extraction from external and internal sources, improving the efficiency of daily operations.
Familiarity with geographic information systems (GIS), such as QGIS and ArcGis, and experience in geospatial data analysis (plus).
Basic knowledge of numerical computing tools, such as MATLAB, for developing predictive mathematical models (plus).
Ability to translate business needs into mathematical models and technology solutions, ensuring that business initiatives are supported by advanced analytical tools.
Innovation and initiative, with the ability to come up with new ideas and creative solutions to solve complex problems and improve business processes.
Critical thinking in evaluating data and proposing solutions based on in-depth analysis.
Excellent problem solving, with the ability to quickly address and solve technical or process problems that arise during work activities.
