We currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join our growing Customer Experience Team based in Leeds.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors arriving at the building, greeting them in a polite manner displaying strong customer service and the companies values.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Distribution of incoming mail.
- Act as first point of contact for visitors.
- Liaising with office manager.
- Helpdesk monitoring – reviewing access control, cleaning issues, air con adjustments.
- Engaging with local and national businesses and charities to source pop-up events.
- Reporting maintenance issues to the on-site M&E team.
- Daily Social Media updates (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Focus on Wellness & Healthy Living.
- Basement Car Park Management.
- Organisation of fire evacuation procedures.
- High school diploma or relevant work experience.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A fully competent understanding of Microsoft Office and relevant web-based software.
- Basic knowledge of the local area to provide directions and recommendations to clients and visitors.
