Business Development Manager

PRD is a residential real estate franchise with offices throughout both metropolitan and country locations across the eastern states and is fully owned by Colliers. Colliers is a US-listed, Australian-founded global real estate success story delivering a full range of services to property investors, owners, tenants and developers worldwide.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the team with a key focus on business development and franchise office service management, implementing and maximising growth opportunities.
In this role you will ensure the growth of the PRD franchise network by being responsible for the recruitment of new offices into the network.
Other duties include:
- Research and identify key target areas and office locations and prepare a competitive and market analysis to the Management Team.
- Prospect for new franchisees predominantly for NSW.
- Work with National Marketing Manager and Management team to build on our existing marketing collateral to support recruitment of offices.
- Liaise with National Marketing Manager and Management team to enhance marketing strategy and budget for business development and recruitment of offices in key target areas.
- Complete Franchise Application with potential new Franchisee identified in key target areas, including Cash Flow and Business Plan for consideration by the Board of Directors.
- Implement new products and operating systems with approved Franchisees from approval stage and throughout transition period.
- Promote group products, services and marketing campaigns with approved Franchisees from approval stage and throughout transition period.
Ideally you will have owned a real estate sales agency previously with a proven track record in Real Estate Sales. Alternatively you could be a high performing real estate agent managing a team that wants to pivot into growing a very strong franchise name. Additionally you will have:
- Genuine passion and commitment to see people improve.
- Previous experience in developing and managing a sales team.
- Driver’s license.
- Ability and willingness to travel interstate.
