We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team at The Hub Hornby based in Christchurch.
This is a great role for someone looking to start a career in real estate management services or gain experience in a retail business environment.
This is a part-time opportunity for 21 hours per week, Thursday to Sunday, with hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.
The value you’ll add
- Provide a high level of professional service to tenants, owners, and customers
- Ensure customer requests are dealt with promptly
- Assist the team with drafting documents, monitoring office systems and administrative processes
- Input creditor invoices
- Compile centre newsletter and memos
- Assist with marketing events as required
- Coordinate Health & Safety requirements to ensure compliance
- Process sale of gift cards and rental equipment
- Coordinate booking and invoicing for casual licenses
- Support the Centre Management team as required
- Beginner to intermediate in Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to learn and master the property-based software
- Ability to work weekends
