Customer Experience Team Member - Part-Time

As a Customer Experience (CX) Team Member, you will be at the heart of creating exceptional, memorable moments for our clients, visitors, and stakeholders. This role is perfect for a customer-centric individual dedicated to providing high-quality interactions and managing front-of-house operations with a personal touch.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Excellence: Provide a warm welcome and a memorable farewell, ensuring high standards in all customer service interactions.
- Maintain Immaculate Presentation: Oversee the front-of-house area, keeping it tidy and professionally presented at all times.
- Follow Best Practices: Adhere to Colliers’ Beyond: Front of House standards and health and safety protocols.
- Effective Communication: Respond professionally to telephone and email inquiries, following up on actions as needed.
- Enhance Experiences: Identify creative ways to improve the experience for clients, occupiers, and visitors.
- Support & Train Temporary Staff: Train team members on Colliers standards and ensure training records are maintained.
- Facilities Management: Log and report any property faults or issues, working closely with the Facilities team.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure all spaces are pristine and report items for repair or maintenance.
- Concierge Services: Offer concierge support, including dry-cleaning pickups, reservations, and transport arrangements.
- Strong background in customer service, ideally within a professional setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
This permanent part-time role requires commitment on Mondays and Tuesdays only, allowing you to make an impactful contribution to our team while maintaining flexibility.
