Colliers Workplace Management Services is seeking an exceptional Corporate Services Supervisor to lead the delivery of best-in-class workplace services for our valued client.

This on-site leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily Corporate Services operations across our clients Parramatta workplace. As the first point of escalation, you will guide and support the Corporate Services team, ensuring a consistently professional, welcoming, and efficient experience for client partners, employees, and visitors alike.

Working closely with national leadership, you will drive operational excellence across front of house, workplace services, and administrative functions, while promoting service standards, team development, and continuous improvement across the workplace experience.

Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to –

• Lead and oversee workplace services including reception, mailroom, meetings and events, catering, and service bar operations.
• Supervise and support the Corporate Services team, acting as the first point of escalation when required.
• Champion a professional Front of House experience aligned to the client’s brand, values, and culture.
• Manage site rosters, leave planning, and stock ordering in line with Colliers policies and procedures.
• Apply and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring compliance with WH&S and emergency requirements.
• Build strong relationships with the client partner, Workplace Management Services teams, and national stakeholders.
• Provide operational leadership in the absence of the Corporate Services National Lead and support national initiatives.
• Foster a culture of feedback, development, and continuous improvement within the Corporate Services team.

As a confident and customer-focused people leader with experience in workplace, hospitality, or corporate services environments, you will demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience supervising or leading customer-facing corporate, workplace, or hospitality services teams.
• Strong customer and client-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence.
• Professional presentation and communication, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing demands, and apply sound judgement in fast-paced environments.
• Experience applying operational procedures, managing rosters, and supporting compliance obligations.
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office platforms and relevant workplace systems.
• A collaborative leadership style, capable of coaching team members and resolving challenges constructively.

This position is a full-time, office-based role located in Parramatta, New South Wales, aligned to general business operating hours and may support limited after-hours workplace or event activity as required.
