Job Description

With rapid economic growth occurring in Greater Ballarat, Colliers is looking for another star to be trained in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our Sales & Leasing team based in our Ballarat office.

What you can expect:

  • Monday to Friday working hours, no weekend work!
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
  • Assisting in the sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat
  • Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
  • Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
  • Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
  • Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
  • Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
  • Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.

Qualifications

A little about you!

  • You don’t need to have Real Estate experience, we are looking for the right individual!
  • You ideally currently in a commercial or B2B sales role and may be looking for further opportunities in a new industry
  • You are a natural hunter
  • You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow.
  • Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially astute
