We have a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to drive to the success of Queenstown Central, through management of the daily business operations, leadership of the onsite team, and collaboration to optimise asset value.
The value you’ll add
- Effectively lead and manage all aspects of Centre operations
- Manage onsite marketing, promotions, operations, administration and maintenance
- Maintain the asset to optimise returns and value
- Assist to prepare and execute annual business plans and budgets
- Establish and maintain relationships with retailers, owners, and other stakeholders

- Qualification or extensive experience in property management
- Qualification or successful experience leading retail stores
- Experience effectively leading a successful team
- Well-developed knowledge and ability to analyse and understand consumer behaviour and trends
- Proficiency in building management technologies and Microsoft Office
