A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Business Systems Analyst to join our collaborative and growing team in Wellington.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, data, reporting, and continuous improvement. Whether you are an early-career professional, recent graduate, or someone looking to further develop your business intelligence and analytical skills, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a supportive environment.
Working closely with the team, you will support and enhance our business intelligence and reporting capabilities while helping internal stakeholders gain valuable insights from data to improve decision-making and client outcomes.
- Relevant experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
- Exposure to reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of databases and SQL, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Experience with Power BI is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interest in technology, data, and continuous improvement.
The Value You’ll add:
- Support the administration, maintenance, and optimisation of business systems, databases, and user access processes.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and enhance the Colliers360 Business Intelligence platform.
- Prepare, analyse, and validate data to meet reporting and business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide user support, training, and guidance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
