1. Project Planning and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and develop project scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation. Define project deliverables and success criteria, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. Stakeholder Management: Identify, engage, and manage stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are set. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and address their concerns.
3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to address potential issues. Ensure that risk management processes are integrated into project planning and execution.
4. Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project expenses. Ensure that project costs are aligned with business objectives and that value is delivered within budget constraints.
5. Quality Management: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet business and customer requirements.
6. Communication: Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure that project information is shared among stakeholders, team members, and other relevant parties.
7. Change Management: Manage project changes, including assessing, planning, and implementing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
8. Issue and Problem Management: Identify, assess, and resolve project issues and problems, and ensure that they are properly documented and addressed.
9. Project Closure: Ensure that projects are properly closed, including documenting lessons learned, conducting post-project reviews, and evaluating project success.
