The Business Development Officer will handle end to end services from securing new leads, business opportunities and identify potential new markets to project presentation, site inspection, proposals, costing and other necessary documentation for account transition and set-up.

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to develop and learn competencies and skills while achieving both company and personal goal.

Job Description: 

  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
  • Validate market and grow the services offered for Real Estate Management Services
  • Secure new leads, business opportunities and identify potential new markets
  • Handle business deals and negotiate with prospective clients.
  • Handle end to end services from project presentation, site inspection, proposals, costing and other necessary documentation for account transition and set-up.
  • Communicate with Accounting team for any queries on costing and billing
  • Build relationships with both internal and external business clients
  • Preparation of business plans and submissions when required, using a standard format
  • Ensure that all documentation prepared on behalf of the division is brand compliant
  • Maintains a systematic records for all business partners

Qualifications

  • Graduate of business-related courses such as Business Management, Administration and Marketing.
  • With experience in business development
  • Team player and can work with minimum supervision
  • Confident outgoing manner with persuasion skills
  • Good market knowledge
  • With excellent customer service skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management in both oral and written form.
