Building Services Inspector | Project Management | Hong Kong (1 year renewable contract)

Colliers continue to invest into our business platform, we are looking for a Building Services Inspector for our Hong Kong Project Management business.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible to the Supervisor (or delegates) for the supervision of the construction works assigned, and carry out duties of a Contractor Employed Clerk of Works as detailed in the Site Administration Handbook (SAH) published by the ArchSD
• Manage and monitor the site activities conforming to the Employer’s Requirements, ArchSD General Specification, the Site Administration Handbook (SAH), relevant BSEN and Code of Practice, or other documents as specified by the Project Manager or Supervisor or delegates.

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• BSI: 10 years' relevant experience, including 6 years experience in the Capacity of BSI
• Attended Occupation Safety and Health Management Course
• Attended Basic Accident Prevention Course
• Attended Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card)
• Attended Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces
