We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Bendigo office. This is an exciting opportunity to manage day-to-day operations, support a talented team, and contribute to the continued success and growth of Colliers in regional Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Bendigo branch, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across sales, leasing, and property management.
- Drive financial performance by monitoring budgets, targets, and operational KPIs.
- Strengthen client relationships and foster new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with real estate legislation, company policies, and professional standards.
- Represent Colliers in the local community and build strong connections with business networks.
- Proven experience in commercial real estate, business management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on growth, efficiency, and performance.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate operations and compliance requirements.
- Current real estate licence (required).
