岗位职责：

• 负责华南区物业管理项目的业务开拓工作；
• 独立处理物管项目的相关招投标工作；
• 独立开展市场调研工作，定期搜集、更新、整理物管市场数据；
• 配合公司发展需要，进行公司品牌的市场推广，促进公司广泛的业务合作；
• 按公司要求进行商务谈判，并维护商务合作关系；
• 完成部门主管分配的其它相关工作。

岗位要求：

• 市场营销、公共关系、房地产等相关专业本科以上学历；
• 具有五年以上物业管理、房地产市场拓展相关经验；
• 语言表达能力强，有丰富的谈判经验，沟通能力强；
• 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，有英语六级优先考虑；
• 形象气质佳，服务意识强，有客户资源者优先考虑；
• 熟悉Office办公软件操作，精于PPT制作。
