工作职责

1. 独立负责物业市场开拓，契合公司发展需要，代表公司对外联系、洽谈、承接业务;
2. 根据客户需求起草物业服务建议书，进行前期招投标工作，向客户介绍公司的服务内容，宣传公司，核心价值及国际化平台的优势；
3. 市场信息及客户信息的搜集、分析、筛选和整理，定期更新客户信息；
4. 负责客户拓展及客户关系维护工作，确立目标客户，定期跟踪，建立和维护与目标客户的联络关系，了解客户对物业管理的要求、希望和打算；
5. 按公司要求开展合作洽谈，维护合作双方利益，对整个合作过程有较好理解与把握;
6. 为客户提供LEED、WELL、BREEAM、CGBL、近零能耗建筑、碳咨询等工程及可持续业务相关业务的咨询，能独立完成工程及可持续业务拓展工作，与中国区工程及可持续部门协作拓展华北市场；
7. 完成部门经理或负责人分配的业绩指标及安排的其他相关工作。

录用条件

1. 大专及以上学历
2. 国内10强或外资物业公司BD岗位工作经验不少于5年
3. 具备物业费测算、服务方案及提报等基础文案的编制能力
4. 具备良好沟通及协调能力、具备一定的商务分析及预判能力
5. 熟悉政策法规、了解华北区域物业市场情况
6. 有一定的工作抗压力，工作责任心强
7. 具备一定的市场资源，包含北京、沈阳、青岛、天津、大连等华北区域，并有主动开拓市场资源的能力及途径
8. 有LEED、WELL、BREEAM、CGBL、近零能耗建筑、碳咨询等工程及可持续业务相关工作经验的优先考虑
