We have one of the UK’s largest teams managing Central London assets for a multitude of clients including:
- Institutions
- Pension Funds
- Family Offices

- High net worth individuals
We manage a significant number of well-known trophy, mixed use, retail and office assets.
Our team has doubled in size in the last three years and continues to expand. The team work closely with Colliers London Agency and Capital Market teams who occupy the same office.
Reporting to the Team Director you will manage a portfolio of ‘Trophy’ style assets. The team manage a diverse range of assets located in central London. You will have ultimate responsibility for the performance of the assets to include management of the following services:
- Finance team
- Site based teams including facilities management
- Surveying team – graduate/apprentice
- Specialist Service teams – ESG, Procurement, CX, Data, Technology
Responsibility for ensuring the assets are:
- Managed to the very highest standard
- Clean, safe, secure and in repair
- Providing a modern customer experience
- Market leading and competitive in the market
- Continuously reducing carbon emissions
- Operating with good value service charges
- ESG – be capable of progressing sustainability across the assets tailored to their specific needs
Colliers is a leading commercial real estate services company, providing a full range of services to real estate occupiers, developers, and investors on a local, national, and international basis. Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research. We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.
The UK business is headquartered in London, with over 1200 specialists throughout 16 offices across the UK and Ireland.
- Be client service orientated
- Be a team player with a positive, proactive and hands-on attitude
- Qualified to MRICS and a min of 4 years PQE
- Have a track record in managing people
- Have experience in managing large multi-let office assets
- Be personable with established client facing capabilities
- Be capable of performing business development duties
- Be ambitious with promotion aspirations
- Have a strong work ethic and willing to be in London 4 days per week and more if needed to meet client needs.
