Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Department head in coordinating and supervising the execution of assignments;
- Interacting with existing corporate clients, MNC's and developer/investors;
- Conducting site selection reports for client relocations, site selection and feasibility work for investors/developers/occupiers and assist in market research projects with our other research teams across China;
- Help agents when negotiating deals where research, consultancy required as part of the transaction process.
- Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- At least 7 years' experience in real estate development and related business or consultancy;
- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese, with sound writing skills in both languages;
- A degree from a recognized university, preferably in Estate Management, Business or Economics;
- A high degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations;
- Sound analytical skills paying particular attention to details;
- Able to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Power Point;
