Job Description

Accelerate your success by becoming an Assistant Valuer within our highly regarded Valuation and Advisory team based in Sydney CBD. Accelerate your success by becoming an Assistant Valuer within our highly regarded Valuation and Advisory team based in the Sydney CBD. This is a rare opportunity for a recent property graduate to work alongside and be mentored by our experienced team of market leading specialists. 

You will be exposed to and assist in performing detailed valuations on a range of asset classes including predominantly industrial. 

You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence, completion of cash flow models and compilation of reports. 


Qualifications

To be successful you will need to demonstrate: 

  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business. 
  • Intermediate to Advanced level MS Excel and Word skills. 
  • Proactive and self-motivated – keen to add value to the team. 

Your strong numerical analysis and problem solving capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.
