Accelerate your success by becoming an Assistant Valuer within our highly regarded Valuation and Advisory team. This is a rare opportunity for a recent property graduate to work alongside and be mentored by our experienced team of market leading specialists.

You will be exposed to and assist in performing detailed valuations on a range of asset classes. 

You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence, completion of cash flow models and compilation of reports.

• Currently studying/ recently completed a Degree in Property and/or Valuations
• Working towards CPV qualification
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
• Intermediate to Advanced level MS Excel and Word skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated – keen to add value to the team.

Your strong numerical analysis and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.
