Job Description
Accelerate your success by becoming an Assistant Valuer within our highly regarded Agribusiness Valuation and Advisory team. This is a rare opportunity for a recent valuation graduate to work alongside and be mentored by our experienced team of specialist Agribusiness Valuers based in our Toowoomba office. Graduates of agribusiness or agricultural economics who are willing to gain tertiary qualifications enabling membership with the API are also encouraged to apply.
You will be exposed to and perform detailed valuations across this asset class and undertake a wide variety of tasks including collection and analysis of sales evidence, completion of cash flow models and compilation of reports.
Qualifications
To be successful you will need to demonstrate;
- Strong attention to detail
- Property related degree
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
- Intermediate to Advanced level of MS Office skills, with strong Excel skills deemed highly desirable
- An ability to work quickly in a focused manner on time critical projects
- Proactive and self-motivated – keen to add value to the team
Your strong numerical analysis and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role. A background and/or knowledge of the Agribusiness sector would be highly regarded.
