How you would contribute to business:

• Manage and deliver valuation and consultancy assignments from commencement to completion
• Conduct property inspections, market research and due diligence in Hong Kong and/or overseas, coordinating with local offices and external advisers where required.
• Prepare financial feasibility studies, valuation analyses and advisory reports across different property sectors.
• Review and interpret relevant legislation, government policies, planning controls, land documents and case precedents to support statutory valuation advice.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the team’s business development and service quality objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management or other related disciplines
• 3+ years of relevant experience in property valuation in Hong Kong or APAC markets. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Manager level
• Experience gained from a commercial real estate consultancy is preferred
• Professional qualification or progress towards RICS / HKIS membership is highly regarded
• Strong analytical, numerical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market data and prepare well-supported valuation opinions
• Detail-minded, organised and able to manage multiple assignments under tight timelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in another Asian language would be an advantage.
