We currently have a great opportunity to accelerate your new Facilities Management career by joining our Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team.
This is a great opportunity to commence and build your career in the field of facilities management. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will foster key relationships with tenants, service providers, and clients whilst also making recommendations to improve the building’s overall performance, risk profiles, presentation, and condition.
In addition, you will;
- Assist and oversee the maintenance and operation of building services
- Provide maintenance advice ensuring clients’ quality and safety targets are met
- Assist and ensure all planned preventative maintenance programs are clearly documented, maintained, and completed on time.
- Assist and oversee project-based work including fit-outs and refurbishments
- Assist the team with the day-to-day administrative components and responsibilities, such as work orders, audit reports, budget management, client reporting, risk management, permits, reactive works as examples.
