We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our award-winning Real Estate Management Services team. This is a concierge role based on-site at one of our managed A Grade commercial assets in Auckland CBD.
Through this role, you will explore the nature of commercial facilities management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or continue their career in commercial property.
The value you'll add
- Provide best-in-class service to as the first point of contact for commercial property tenants, clients, and contractors
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance and liaise with contractors
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests and key stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of documentation, including service contracts and maintenance approvals
- Assist to delivery best practice Facilities Management services
- Assist with enquiries via phone, email, and system-generated requests
- Actively manage health and safety
- Regularly inspect the asset to ensure high standards and compliance
- Build and maintain professional relationships with Property and Facilities Managers. clients, and contractors
- Maintain the Property Management Information System and Facilities Management database

- 2 years' relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Intermediate Excel skills
- Willingness to learn and master the property-based system
