We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager  to join our award-winning Real Estate Management Services team. This is a concierge role based on-site at one of our managed A Grade commercial assets in Auckland CBD.

Through this role, you will explore the nature of commercial facilities management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or continue their career in commercial property.

The value you'll add

  • Provide best-in-class service to as the first point of contact for commercial property tenants, clients, and contractors
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance and liaise with contractors
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests and key stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation, including service contracts and maintenance approvals
  • Assist to delivery best practice Facilities Management services
  • Assist with enquiries via phone, email, and system-generated requests
  • Actively manage health and safety
  • Regularly inspect the asset to ensure high standards and compliance
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with Property and Facilities Managers. clients, and contractors
  • Maintain the Property Management Information System and Facilities Management database

Qualifications

  • 2 years' relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Intermediate Excel skills
  • Willingness to learn and master the property-based system
