Job Description
1.Civil and Interiors - 2+Years in Fitout Vertical
2.MEP -3+Years in Fitout Vertical
MEP-FITOUT
To coordinate with Client and MEP services Vendors.
Coordinates with Design team and MEP services consultants to get approvals for final drawings
Identifies and resolves issues hampering project progress.
Plans MEP schedule.
Monitors installation, Commissioning Testing, performance trails of all equipment such as
Electricals, HVAC, and FAS.
Conducts regular site visits to ensure minimal wastage in use of materials
Provides inputs on MEP Services design to Design team at concept design stage
Educational Qualification
Responsibilities in Projects
Evaluates detailed design brief submitted by MEP Services consultants to ensure design brief is
as per design plan, is optimal and in compliance with necessary statutory requirements for MEP
works
Provides technical / work scope inputs, reviews and finalizes tender prepared by Services
Consultant
Prepares monthly report on Project updates
Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area
