MEP-FITOUT

To coordinate with Client and MEP services Vendors.
 Coordinates with Design team and MEP services consultants to get approvals for final drawings
 Identifies and resolves issues hampering project progress.
 Plans MEP schedule.
 Monitors installation, Commissioning Testing, performance trails of all equipment such as
Electricals, HVAC, and FAS.
 Conducts regular site visits to ensure minimal wastage in use of materials
 Provides inputs on MEP Services design to Design team at concept design stage
Educational Qualification
Responsibilities in Projects
 Evaluates detailed design brief submitted by MEP Services consultants to ensure design brief is
as per design plan, is optimal and in compliance with necessary statutory requirements for MEP
works
 Provides technical / work scope inputs, reviews and finalizes tender prepared by Services
Consultant
 Prepares monthly report on Project updates
 Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area
 Coordination with client, consultant, sub-contractors,
