Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Corporate Finance team in our world-class, waterfront Auckland CBD office.

We are looking for a motivated professional to perform a wide range of duties to support the finance team.

The value you'll add

  • Manage invoice and expense management systems and workflows
  • Recharge and process invoices through SAP Concur System
  • Perform supplier reconciliations
  • Administer the expense claim process via SAP Concur
  • Post automatic payment journals and bank reconciliations
  • Answer accounts queries
  • Assist with the property marketing accounting function
  • Support the team to ensure success

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Experience in financial systems, especially SAP Concur, and working with chart of accounts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
