Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Corporate Finance team in our world-class, waterfront Auckland CBD office.
We are looking for a motivated professional to perform a wide range of duties to support the finance team.
The value you'll add
- Manage invoice and expense management systems and workflows
- Recharge and process invoices through SAP Concur System
- Perform supplier reconciliations
- Administer the expense claim process via SAP Concur
- Post automatic payment journals and bank reconciliations
- Answer accounts queries
- Assist with the property marketing accounting function
- Support the team to ensure success
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Experience in financial systems, especially SAP Concur, and working with chart of accounts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
