Job Description

Assisting the Corporate Solutions Accounts team in the provision of property management accounting services for our occupier clients. Providing support to the Team Leader and Client Accountants in the day to day management of our clients’ portfolios, liaising with Tenants and Landlords.

Main Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties that include filing using our electronic filing system
  • Daily monitoring of Corporate Solutions clients email accounts to identify and allocate the emails to respective team member(s)
  • Sourcing head lease invoices from the Landlord, matching and ticking off on system. Raising queries with the estates team should the invoice not match the system.
  • Working closely with London and regional-based surveying colleagues
  • Representing the Company in a professional and client-focused manner at all times
  • General administrative duties, along with any other task that may reasonably be required

Qualifications

  • Exposure to Microsoft Office with a knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and oral
  • A positive and helpful attitude within a team environment
  • Educated to A' Level or equivalent 
  • Prior experience within a similar role, or entry level accounting position
