Job Description

Are you a proactive and experienced Industrial property manager or account manager ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a driven professional to join our thriving Industrial Occupier Services team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of managing major industrial property portfolios—delivering strategic insights, driving transactions, and shaping the future of workplace solutions.

From lease management and site acquisitions to tenant advisory and six-star workplace services, you’ll collaborate with experts across workplace strategy, design and architecture, project management, and cutting-edge technology services to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing end-to-end account and transaction management across large-scale industrial portfolios.
  • Managing lease terms, critical dates, renewals, and rent reviews with precision.
  • Coordinating subtenant invoicing, arrears management, and outgoing charges.
  • Preparing legal lease instructions and reviewing lease documentation.
  • Maintaining and enhancing leasehold and freehold property databases.
  • Producing detailed monthly reports that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting transaction activity and ensuring seamless data management via MRI and Visual Databases.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

  • Tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, or a related discipline
  • A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Solid experience in commercial property—ideally within the industrial sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • A knack for research and data-driven insights.
  • Estate Agent’s Licence or Agent’s Representative Certificate
