We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our local team. The role will support our Commercial Asset Managers by fostering professional relationships through providing excellent customer service to property owners, tenants and other business stakeholders as well as ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our property management software and trust ledger.

About the Role:

  • Assist department team in general duties.
  • Facilitate building maintenance as required.
  • Daily tenant receipting.
  • Payment of creditor invoices.
  • Processing of Mid-Month and End of Month.
  • Assist Asset Manager with outgoings estimates & reconciliations.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence is delivered.
  • Annual budget preparation and reconciliations.
  • Approve purchase orders and invoices.

    Qualifications

    About You:

    • At least 2 years experience with accounts
    • Highly organised with strong time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Demonstrate initiative to problem solve and provide timely solutions.
    • Ability to cooperate and foster a collaborative team culture.
    • Drivers License.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office.
    • Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate (not essential)
