Our client, a leading provider of fibre and technology solutions, is looking for a skilled Corporate Real Estate Manager to take ownership of their national property portfolio. This role is based at the Colliers North Sydney office and offers a unique opportunity to help shape a newly outsourced real estate function.
You’ll play a key role in managing transactions, lease administration, financials, and client relationships—delivering a tailored and strategic service across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end property transactions, including lease renewals, rent reviews, surrenders, and negotiations.
- Oversee lease administration, financial management, and reporting processes.
- Manage a small team across leasing, lease administration, accounts payable, and compliance functions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring service delivery.
- Provide strategic insights through portfolio analysis and regular performance reporting.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and support long-term planning.
- Ensure compliance with leasing legislation, internal controls, and vendor management standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate real estate or property management.
- Strong understanding of leasing practices, lease administration, financial processes, and transaction management.
- Proficiency in lease management and accounting software.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in telecommunications or digital infrastructure is highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualification in commercial property or a related field.
- Current NSW Real Estate Certificate.
