Job Description

Join our high‑performing Investment Services team as a proactive and highly organised  Team Assistant. You’ll be the trusted “go‑to” person who keeps day‑to‑day operations running smoothly, supporting campaigns, client service and team efficiency.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare polished reports, submissions and client documents.
  • Support marketing and campaign activities (InDesign/Canva advantageous).
  • Coordinate team calendars, meetings and internal communications.
  • Manage invoicing, billing and financial administration.
  • Maintain SharePoint folders, templates and key team documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office; design tools a plus.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
  • Experience in team support or administration
