Systems Administrator – Industrial Sales & Leasing Team

South Auckland

Are you a calm, proactive individual with a knack for juggling multiple priorities and a keen eye for detail? Whether you're a recent graduate or looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic environment, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We’re on the lookout for a Systems Administrator to join our Industrial Sales & Leasing team in South Auckland. This is a fantastic entry-level role where you’ll be supported to grow your skills and career within a leading property services company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the team with marketing, advertising, and campaign coordination
  • Preparing presentations, proposals, and property documentation
  • Managing property listings and databases
  • Assisting with client pitches and submissions
  • Coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and maintaining team stats
  • Handling general administration and systems tasks

Flexible Working:

We’re open to candidates who can work 30 hours per week until the end of 2025, then transition to full-time from January 2026 if this is desirable alongside finishing university for the 2025 academic year.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • A level-headed, calm and proactive approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Word & PowerPoint)
  • Tech-savvy with basic systems experience (we’ll teach the rest!)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus Skills (Not Essential):

  • Experience with property-related websites or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with InDesign or campaign tracking tools
