We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surveyor to join our dynamic Office team. The successful candidate will preferably have 2 years of experience in commercial agency and will have a track record of marketing properties and concluding lease/sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property inspections to assess values / marketability.
Advise clients on property acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
Marketing of properties and reporting to clients.
Execution of lease / sales contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate,
- Chartered or working towards Chartered Status
- Preference for a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate agency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation abilities and problem-solving skills
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates should hold a current PSRA Licence
- A full clean driving licence is essential
