About the Summer Internship Programme
The Summer Internship Programme 2025 is a four-week paid opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in a market-leading international commercial real estate firm. Interns will gain valuable industry exposure, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop key skills.
Programme Highlights
- Induction & Training: An introduction to Colliers' services, clients, and business operations.
- Project Work: Interns will work in small groups to research and present a business project at the end of the programme.
- Skills Development: Training sessions including RAPID Time Management, Courageous Conversations, and a live Q&A with the UK CEO.
- Professional Experience: Practical exposure to teams working across different service lines.
- Graduate Scheme Fast-Track: Successful interns will be automatically fast-tracked to the final stages of the 2026 Graduate Scheme recruitment process.
- Candidates with a strong interest in commercial real estate and a desire to pursue a career in the industry.
- Must be studying either a Undergraduate or Masters Degree.
- Duration: Four weeks, starting 7th July 2025
- Availability Requirement: Applicants must be available for the full duration of the programme.
This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience, build professional connections, and develop key skills within a globally recognized real estate firm.
