Planning and execution on Electrical, HVAC , Fire Fighting and Plumbing side for MEP project closely
monitoring the construction activities with MIVAN Shuttering.
 Attending weekly meeting at site with other Engineer and Contractor- Maintained weekly status report.
 Discussion with client and sub-contractor regarding MEP services drawings.
 Reviewing contractor’s shop drawings against the design.
 Client and sub-contractor billing
 Quantification of all MEP works and material tracking.
 Monitoring and promoting health & safety on the site
 Involved in technical & Management supervision along with site execution.
 Evaluate engineering proposal, shop drawing and design comment for sound electrical engineering practice
and conformance with established safety and design criteria.
 Review and approval of shop drawing and material submittal by contractor.
 Updating the DPR regularly along with site planning team and Site MEP in-charge
 Reconciliation of monthly Bill of Sub Contractors with Client billing.
