Job Description
Our Agribusiness Valuation & Advisory Services team consists of rural property specialists, many of whom have grown-up on rural and agribusiness holdings across Australia and are well suited to tasks requiring tailored expertise and a specialist focus.
Our Agribusiness experts provide researched and thorough valuation advice across the following agribusiness property types: large scale beef and sheep grazing, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries and cellar door enterprises, horticulture, sugar production from cane to crystals, Irrigation, blood stock breeding, training and agistment, dairies, piggeries, post farm gate, seafood, water entitlements / water in isolation.

- Class leading valuation delivery and quality assurance platform
- Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team
Qualifications
- An Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 2 to 5 years’ experience post CPV qualification
- Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- Valid Australian drivers’ license
- Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy
- Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions
