Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for delivering real estate transaction management services to our clients, with a focus on occupier services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing transaction strategies for clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial real estate transaction management, strong leadership and management skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Oversight: Coordinate and manage end-to-end real estate transactions, including negotiations, documentation, and approvals.
  • Manage the transaction process from start to finish, including preparing documentation, negotiating lease and sale agreements, and conducting due diligence.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic advice to clients on market conditions, lease terms, and portfolio optimization.
  • Develop and implement transaction strategies for clients, ensuring that they align with business objectives and deliver value.
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain accuracy and completeness of transaction records and lease documentation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider Colliers team, including leasing agents, project managers, and property managers, to ensure that transactions are integrated with other real estate services and delivered efficiently.
  • Reporting: Track transaction activity, including commissions and non-commissionable projects, and prepare regular reports for clients and leadership.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insight and analysis to clients on market conditions and potential opportunities.
     

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years experience of proven track record of success in delivering real estate transactions, with a strong understanding of the transaction process from start to finish.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in lease administration systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Fluency in English and German. Other European language and communicative Polish nice to have.
