About the Role:
As a Senior Surveyor in our Retail Rating team, you will:
- Lead the charge in providing expert advice on business rates, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and innovative solutions.
- Work closely with our clients to assess, challenge, and manage their retail property portfolios, optimizing their business rates liabilities.
- Collaborate with a team of industry experts and leverage Colliers' global network to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications
- MRICS qualification (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent professional accreditation
- Proven experience in commercial property, specifically within retail rating and valuation
- In-depth knowledge of the UK Rating system, business rates, and relevant legislation
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach
- Excellent understanding of retail market trends and property dynamics
- Proficiency with property management software and valuation tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client and stakeholder interactions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
