The Team
Colliers Project & Building Consultancy (PBC) is a multi-disciplinary UK and European consultancy with a dynamic, commercial outlook and close-knit team ethic, working within the property industry.
The Opportunity
Following a strong establishment of the Measured Surveys Service team, Colliers (UK) are looking to grow the service line with a number of hires. We have created a dynamic new service line for Colliers (UK), to enable the business to provide Area Referencing Survey Reports and associated services.

There is an existing healthy client base and rich work stream to tap into. The new service line would sit within the existing Project and Building Consultancy (PBC) team, which comprises 250 people across the UK, led by Robert Perry, as Managing Director.
There is desire to grow the service to provide other complimentary, bolt on, services in due course, however the initial focus will be on Area Referencing Survey Reports.
