Shape the future of our growing national workforce. Reporting directly to the National Director | People & Performance, this is a high-impact role for a skilled HR leader ready to drive strategic outcomes and deliver hands-on support across multiple offices and stakeholder groups in the business.
About the Role
This role plays a pivotal part in executing our national HR strategy while providing expert guidance to specific business lines across Australia. You’ll be supported by a high-performing HR team, work closely with our leaders to deliver both our HR programs and tailored HR solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business.
- Nurturing and growing a high potential team of HR professionals
- Executing our annual HR projects with a focus on continually driving higher value outcomes
- Managing complex employee relations issues with professionalism and best practice
- Driving employee engagement, retention, and cultural initiatives
- Providing trusted advice on performance management, coaching, and leadership development
- Responsibility for integrating acquisitions as part of our growth strategy
- Continually evolving our HRIS functionality and roadmap (Successfactors)

You’re a confident and capable HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
- Leadership experience within a HR function, ideally within professional services.
- Strong knowledge of Australian workplace legislation and HR best practices
- Experience within a large corporate environment
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
