We are currently seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our fast-growing Real Estate Management Services team in a 12-month secondment role with our highly regarded client, Exceed Capital. This position, which is located at Eight Mile Plains, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client’s commercial and retail assets.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Provision of first class service to tenants and the client
• Monthly management and financial reports for all properties
• Conducting rent reviews and lease expiries
• Organising work orders, and following up on completion of ordered works

In order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following

• 5+ years’ experience in the management of commercial assets
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate
