We are currently seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our fast-growing Real Estate Management Services team in a 12-month secondment role with our highly regarded client, Exceed Capital. This position, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client’s commercial and retail assets.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Provision of first class service to tenants and the client
- Monthly management and financial reports for all properties
- Conducting rent reviews and lease expiries
- Organising work orders, and following up on completion of ordered works
Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following
- 5+ years’ experience in the management of commercial assets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate
