Job Description

Role Overview:

The SAP Trainer will lead training delivery for end users, ensuring they are well-prepared to operate the new SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud system across Colliers’ EMEA finance streams.

Key Purpose:

To develop and deliver effective training programs for SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud users, enabling smooth adoption of the system across Colliers’ finance functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the training strategy for the SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
  • Conduct training needs analyses with key stakeholders.
  • Design curricula and materials tailored for end users, key users, and technical staff.
  • Deliver training via in-person, virtual, and e-learning methods.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather participant feedback.
  • Create training documentation and user guides for ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with Change, Comms, and Training Leads to align training with change management initiatives.
  • Engage with project teams to refine training approaches as needed.
  • Report on training progress and metrics to project leadership.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA training program design and delivery, ideally for large implementations.
  • Proficiency with SAP Enable Now for content creation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and adapt to learner needs.
