Accelerate your project marketing sales success with Colliers!

Colliers Residential is a leader in the marketing of new apartment projects, master planned communities and residential subdivisions in Queensland.

Due to ongoing growth, we're looking for a driven, self-motivated, high achiever to join our successful sales team based across two projects at Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise and based in the dual sales display located in Broadbeach. 

You will have a proven track record of achieving outstanding sales results, ideally with "off-plan" residential property, and will come from either a developer environment or an agency in residential sales.


    Qualifications

    Key to your success will be your focus, commitment and ability to sell your project effectively from initial enquiry through to contract and ultimately successful settlement.

    If you can combine the following, we want to hear from you;

    • Quantifiable Off-the-plan Sales success in the Gold Coast property market
    • Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
    • Experience in use of real estate CRM systems  
    • Proactive team player with a high level of enthusiasm
    • 100% Flexibility on roster, permanent weekends required
