Sales & Leasing Executive | Industrial

We are seeking a motivated and experienced property agent to join our high performing team based in our Gold Coast office.

You will work alongside the most successful and experienced operators in the market to maximise your income, build market share and become a dominant player in this space. Already equipped with Industrial sales and/or leasing knowledge, we will provide you with the scope, autonomy and development to show the professional value you can truly add. You will be supported with the most comprehensive tools and infrastructure available to ensure that your success is accelerated

Can you use your entrepreneurial and relationship building skills to grow your market share? If you fulfil the following criteria we want to hear from you;

• Previous commercial real estate experience – ideally within the Industrial sector
• Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate
• Strong work ethic and passion to succeed
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• The ability to work in a team focussed environment
• A customer-centric attitude
• Willing and able to take responsibility for your own market and client base

As an Agent in our business you will be responsible for the sale and lease of Industrial properties across your designated region. You'll develop a wide network of professional contacts and ensure that long-term relationships are maintained while new business is continually developed.
