We have a rare opportunity for a Leasing Executive to join our award-winning Real Estate Management Services team. Working closely with market leaders and retail experts, we are seeking a motivated and positive professional to join our retail leasing team. The successful candidate will proactively lease retail assets managed by Colliers across the Christchurch region with the potential to work on other projects across the South Island.

Responsibilities 

• Provide recommendations on the tenancy mix and overall strategy of asset 
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships 
• Implement leasing strategies for managed assets and developments 
• Negotiate and document new and renewed leases 
• Identify and maximise opportunities for both the asset owners and occupiers 

• Current salespersons license, or willingness to obtain 
• Proven experience in a similar role 
• Proactive and effective communication skills 
• Results-driven with a strong client focus 
• Strong relationship building skills 
• Resourceful and entrepreneurial 
• Lateral thinker and ability to identify creative opportunities
