- Assisting and managing Residential transactions
- Managing clients and transactions end to end, from site visits, shortlisting, negotiations, and paperwork closure.
- Managing buy & sell company mandates leading to successful closures.
- Pitch for adding more exclusive sale mandates and execution.
- Focus on lead generation & industry networking.
- Manages and supports Corporate Real Estate involving tracking sale information, property values, new and upcoming launches, and real estate assignments.
- Works closely with all business lines of Colliers like OS, Retail, Industrial, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure maximum collaboration.
- Closely tracks all Residential transaction activity in the city
- Should have an experience of at least 5-8 years in real estate/Hospitality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to connect with HNI customers.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Requires advanced knowledge of relevant micro markets.
- Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret documents.
- Ability to interact and connect with HNI clients and have a consultative solution-oriented approach.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
