Job Description

  • Assisting and managing Residential transactions
  • Managing clients and transactions end to end, from site visits, shortlisting, negotiations, and paperwork closure.
  • Managing buy & sell company mandates leading to successful closures.
  • Pitch for adding more exclusive sale mandates and execution.
  • Focus on lead generation & industry networking.
  • Manages and supports Corporate Real Estate involving tracking sale information, property values, new and upcoming launches, and real estate assignments.
  • Works closely with all business lines of Colliers like OS, Retail, Industrial, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure maximum collaboration.
  • Closely tracks all Residential transaction activity in the city

 


Additional Information

  • Should have an experience of at least 5-8 years in real estate/Hospitality.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to connect with HNI customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of relevant micro markets.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret documents.
  • Ability to interact and connect with HNI clients and have a consultative solution-oriented approach.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
