- Proven sales track record of 12-15 Yrs in Real Estate/Hospitality/Financial Services.
- P&L responsibility for the City/region
- Business forecasting and scaling up the Residential transactions service line in the City/region.
- Managing a team of Team Leads and agents in the region to deliver business objectives.
- Actively build and drive developer relationships in the city.
- Build and manage lead generation networks like corporate and wealth tie-up’s.
- Managing buy & sell company mandates leading to successful closures.
- Pitch for adding more exclusive sale mandates and drive execution.
- Launch and drive the HNI Real estate portfolio management service in the city
- Work closely with all business lines of Colliers like OS, Retail, Industrial, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure maximum collaboration.
- Closely tracks all Residential transaction activity in the city.
- Effectively conduct training programmes in the city and enhance client and brand satisfaction levels.
