Our market leading Residential team is currently seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to join the New South Wales team and be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team, including: retail sales, channel sales & general agency, ensuring efficient and successful operations of all sales functions.

This role is an integral part of the New South Wales leadership team and will work closely alongside the Listing & Project Management team to foster a culture of collaboration that consistently delivers exceptional results for our projects, clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and motivate the residential sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Lead the weekly sales meetings including sales status, customer, and sales consultant updates.
  • Lead the daily operations of the residential sales team to ensure efficiency and adherence to Collier’s standards and compliances with industry regulations.
  • Set and manage the sales team’s budget, actual and forecast for the residential sales division, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Provide the team with the necessary tools, training, scripts, and resources to achieve results
  • Champion a customer-centric approach within the team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their sales objectives and needs are understood and met.

Qualifications

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven track record of success in residential real estate sales and leadership roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication that creates a positive impact with the ability to influence and inspire people
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong collaborator
  • Current and valid Real Estate licence
