Job Description

Based in the Melbourne CBD office above our state-of-the-art project showroom, this role will see you manage the ongoing relationships with our partner sales agents.  Working closely with our Directors of the business and project managers, you will play a key role in assisting our partner agents to make sales in various apartments projects through effective customer service and fostering existing and new relationships.

You will successfully achieve this by:

  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships that provides a platform for partner agents to make sales in allocated projects
  • Present to partner agents on all facets of your allocated projects and be the ‘go to person’ for all queries
  • Manage the sales process and assist partner agents as required
  • Coordinate and engage with partner agents including negotiating commission rates, agency agreements and access to projects / properties
  • Assist in the coordination of partner agent events to promote allocated projects and promote Colliers projects and brand 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Agents Representative Certificate and/or Real Estate Licence;
  • Basic knowledge of Melbourne property market and/or off the plan project sales;
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication & presentation skills; and
  • Proactive, team orientated attitude including a high level of enthusiasm and initiative.

Your experience will see you flourish in a dynamic sales environment highlighting your ability to build and maintain effective relationships as well as your proactive, tenacious attitude.
