About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious Consultant to join our growing Industrial team.
This role is based out of our Antwerp office, with your commercial focus mainly on the Flemish markets. If you’re energetic, eager to learn, and excited by the world of warehouses, logistics hubs, and industrial facilities, this is your chance to grow into a commercial real estate professional with impact.
You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, receive hands-on training, and contribute directly to client mandates from day one. 💼
What You Will Do
As an Industrial Real Estate Consultant, you will support our team in guiding occupiers and owners through strategic real estate decisions, while developing your commercial skills and market expertise.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Guide and assist both occupiers and owners in finding the perfect real estate solutions.
- Prospecting and building relationships with potential clients to grow our network.
- Preparing client presentations, proposals, property listings, and marketing materials.
- Participating in negotiations and learning to advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and transaction processes.
- Assisting with contracts, letters of intent, and other transaction-related documents.
- Keeping our property databases up to date with high-quality, accurate information.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Valuation, Design & Build, Capital Markets, and Research. 🤝
- Stay abreast of market research to analyse trends, available spaces, and rental or sale values in the I&L sector. 📊
- Actively contributing to a positive team dynamic and entrepreneurial culture.
Qualifications
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone with the right mindset and potential, your enthusiasm matters as much as your experience.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in real estate, sales, consulting, or a related field.
- A strong interest in commercial real estate, especially Industrial & Logistics.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, you enjoy taking initiative and bringing ideas forward.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with clients.
- A higher education degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and collaborative team spirit.
